Any chance to celebrate anything, I am all over it: Especially when the celebration is of a random made up holiday in the states. Waffle Day is celebrated by few on March 25th, But I say this is a holiday worth more attention. With a trip to the waffle capitol of the world in my near future, I figured a good brush up on waffle recipes and a taste test would be worth the cooking time!
